Double gantry: complete cycle in two steps
The heart of the IKON 4S PRO is the double gantry system that allows the operations to be divided into two distinct phases.
The first gantry takes care of high-pressure pre-washing with specific chemicals on the way out and drying on the way back.
The second integrates brushes, shampoo, rinsing and waxing.
The result is a complete and effective washing cycle in just two steps, with superior performance compared to traditional systems.
Intelligent technology and vehicle-plant interaction
The digital system manages the entire system via intelligent automation, dynamically adapting operations to the type of vehicle. The interface can be managed from a 10″ touch screen, available both on a multi-coloured LED column and in a wall-mounted version. Each function is displayed via animated graphic software for intuitive management.
Patented innovations: LED, high pressure and safety
One of the most visible innovations is the patented LED horizontal brush, which emits a light beam from the centre of the rotating shaft. This effect not only improves aesthetics, but also visibility at night.
The high-pressure system includes stainless steel rotating nozzles with 360° rotation, ensuring a uniform impact over the entire surface. Variable speed rotating heads remove stubborn dirt from rims and wheel arches, with a dedicated chemical phase followed by high-pressure jetting.
In terms of safety, IKON 4S PRO complies with the UNI EN 17281:2021 standard and integrates both internal and external sensitive anti-crushing edges, as well as “foot” safety systems.
Globally managed brush cycle
The system uses scratch-resistant MIX FOAM brushes, specially designed to ensure maximum effectiveness without damaging the bodywork.
The IKON 4S PRO features innovative operating modes such as perfectly constant contact management throughout the cycle and silent reversal thanks to the inverter.
The tilt system perfects the action of the vertical brushes.
Energy efficiency and consumption savings
The horizontal and side bars with oscillating nozzles make the IKON 4S PRO unique. This innovative exclusive Mix unit allows uniform application of detergents over the entire surface of the vehicle, maximizing consumption and avoiding product dispersion.
This translates into a more rational use of chemicals and a lower environmental impact.
Remote Control and Data Management
All system data can be consulted remotely via PC, tablet or smartphone. Features include reporting, analytics, and maintenance management, ensuring total control even remotely.
Technical specifications and dimensions
Available in versions with a washing height of 2300 mm or 2600 mm, the IKON 4S PRO offers a usable washing width of up to 2300 mm.
The length of the tracks can vary from 12 to 14 meters, while the overall width reaches up to 4200 mm with splash guard in the version with tilting brushes.
